  • How do I deposit?

    To make a deposit at NordicSlots, you first need to create an account. After logging in to your account, please go to "Deposit" in the menu at the top. When you have chosen your preferred payment method, enter the relevant account information and the funds will be credited to your account after the time period stated in the deposit information. When choosing Credit / Debit Card you will be re-directed to E-PRO solutions where your purchase will result in the issuing of an E-VOUCHER (electronic money).

  • How do I withdraw?

    Wire transfer

    You may request a withdrawal from the Cashier at any time. The minimum withdrawal amount is €150 and transactions are normally processed within 72 hours. After the withdrawal has been processed by our payments team, it will take 3-5 days for the payment to reach your bank account as per regular international bank transactions.

    To withdraw amounts lower than €150, you can request a manual withdrawal, which has an administrative fee of €10 that will be deducted from the withdrawal amount you have requested. To make a manual withdrawal, you must have made at least one deposit. To request a manual withdrawal, please send an e-mail to support@nordicslots.com with the requested withdrawal amount along with your IBAN and Swift/BIC details.

    You may request a manual withdrawal to Neteller/Skrill, with a minimum amount of €150. The transaction is usually processed within 72 hours. After the withdrawal has been handled by our payments team, it will be instantly available in your Neteller/Skrill account. Trequest a Neteller/Skrill withdrawal, please contact our support team and provide us with your Neteller account number or Skrill e-mail address and the withdrawal amount.
